Mark and Kim have been involved with vocational ministry for the past 10 years, including a 1-year term in Thailand in 2005.  Together they have sensed God’s calling back to Thailand and are passionate about the plans God has for the Thai people and them!  Their focus in Thailand will be in providing ministry support in the areas of:

1. Working with the national church in planting churches in the Northeast;
2. Equipping the local church in the Northeast to do cross-cultural ministry
3. Children’s ministry;
4. Teaching English as a second language as a means to form a bridge between the Church and the community;
5. Timothy’s House, which through the Khon Kaen church provides residential care and discipleship to teenagers struggling with substance abuse. 

The Pope family are excited to be a small part of what God is doing in Thailand with the partnership of friends and churches in Canada!
